An individual with a regular source of income is generally eligible to file for chapter 13 as long as his liquidated and non-contingent unsecured debt is less than $336,900.00 and his liquidated and non-contingent secured debt is less than $1,010,650. Corporations are not eligible to file for chapter 13.
